Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

All products sold on EIKCAI are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Customers are requested to carefully review their order details before completing the purchase.
Refund Policy
EIKCAI follows a No Refund Policy. Refunds will not be provided for orders that have been successfully processed or delivered.
However, if an order is cancelled by EIKCAI due to product unavailability or if payment is received but the order cannot be fulfilled, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
